Hi, I'm Suzy!

A Virginia photographer from the Shenandoah Valley, I was born & raised on a farm & learned my deep love for Jesus at a young age. I married the love of my life in October of 2023 in our hometown.  We are obsessed with our chocolate lab, Sadie, our black cat, Coal, and our cute cows. Whether it be gardening, helping my husband on the farm, or hunting with my dad, I love the outdoors. Gods creation is absolutely incredible and I am so blessed to be able to document it. This life is so beautiful, each experience is meaningful, and I'm so honored I get to document some of the most meaningful experiences we can have for others. I truly pour my whole heart into each and every person I get to serve because I feel so blessed by every opportunity I am given.

Thank you for checking out my little corner of the internet! I first picked up a camera during my middle school years when I had received one as a Christmas present. Later that year, I signed up for the ‘Photography’ 4-H project and that’s when my journey began. For years to come photography only remained a hobby for me - I continued to take pictures of many random things, entered photos in the county fair, and interned with a professional photographer.

It wasn’t until my college years when I came to the idea that I could use my love for photography to show people Jesus’ love for them. When I got the idea to start a business, I started taking every class possible and learning as much as I could because I felt I wasn't prepared. After months and months of using every spare second I had to learn more about the camera, editing system, or posing, I finally launched my business in 2019 with the goal to love people just as Jesus would while serving them.
